Sarah Coker, the owner of Rooted in Wellness, wears many hats in the wellness world. She is an Occupational Therapist specializing in Myofascial Release, Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki.

At Rooted in Wellness she uses a multi-modality approach to help facilitate the body's natural healing response. She values health, connection, and authenticity. These values serve as a guide as her business continues to evolve.

Her approach to wellness can be found in her business name - staying rooted in her beliefs, values, and knowledge as it relates to wellness. Her values are what she refers to as a "home base" to come back to when life throws curve balls.
